A board-certified psychiatrist with advanced training in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Chemistry, and Nutrition, she blends the best of Eastern and Western medicine to offer care that is personalized, integrative, and deeply transformative.

Through retreats, workshops, and virtual sessions, Dr. Best addresses the root causes of anxiety, depression, burnout, and imbalance—equipping clients with the tools to not just cope, but thrive. Her approach includes both traditional treatments and naturopathic strategies such as personalized nutrition, supplements, herbal remedies, meditation, cognitive reframing, breathwork, movement, and more.
