Physician, teacher, speaker, psychiatrist, chemist, and nutritionist --Dr Best has been serving communities for over 25 years. Her group workshops and retreats teach prevention and treatment of anxiety, addressing issues of the brain, gut, and adrenals. Dr Best enjoys sharing advanced methods of treating + preventing anxiety, with practical life, changing tools that serve one life-long. She teaches in- person + virtual groups around the world:  general medical knowledge, up-to-date advances in medicine + quantum physics healing understanding and ways to integrate Western and Eastern Medicine/Global Medicine in cases involving all body systems. With training in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Neurology, Holistic Medicine, Women's Medicine, Chemistry, and Nutrition, her wellness practice teaches methods from traditional medicine as well as naturopathic options. Options such as nutrition, vitamins/supplements, plant medicine/herbs/oils/teas, sleep hygiene, meditations, fitness/movement plans, writing exercises, relaxation techniques, and cognitive behavior therapy protocol exercises. 

Based in Beverly Hills, California, Dr. Best offers virtual and in person workshops to help individuals tap into their own inherent power.
